I'm having trouble logging in

We provide the ability to log in through email, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter. Use the buttons at the top of the page to link your account to your social media. It is free to register on our site. Click the 'create your free account' button and it will help you to set up your account from scratch. If you are struggling to log back in and have already registered, click on the 'forgot your password' link and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you are still struggling, then please email us and we will do what we can to help.

What do I need to do to access a course?

Once you have registered, you can access all of our courses. You will be able to watch the intro video and engage with the first module. Then, to continue the course you will need to enrol. Press the enrol button to pay the course fee with PayPal or securely by card. Alternately, you can request an invoice for your business and one of our tech team will enrol you once the invoice has been settled..

How do I buy a course?

Simply create your free account, select the course you would like, and click the 'enrol' button and follow the prompts.

How do I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code from us, please get in touch and we will enrol you ourselves at the discounted price.

Can I buy multiple courses?

Yes. You can purchase as many of our courses as you wish.

Do you do group/team discounts?

Yes. Please get in touch to discuss options.

How long will a course take to complete?

For our full courses we advise this will take approximately 40 hours.
For our mini courses we advise this will take approximately 15 hours.

Can I pause a course and continue it later?

Yes, though we advise you do not wait too long between sessions in order to maximise learning impact.

Can I access content after completing a course?

Yes, simply log in to your account where you will be able to access the completed courses.

Will I get a qualification?

Our courses accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management. For a small fee of £60 you will join at membership grade, receive post nominals 'MInstLM', receive a formal certificate from the institute, 1-year membership, and have access to their high quality online resources. Usually membership would cost £150.

I've lost my certificate. Can I download another one?

If you have lost your certificate please get in touch and we will send you a new one electronically.

Who can sign up for an online course?

Our courses are open to everyone.

Are the courses provided in languages other than English?

Currently the courses are only offered in English.

Which course is best for me?

All of our courses are useful for people starting out their leadership journey, all the way up to senior business leaders. Each course details the content, you can find out more about the content of each program on our courses page.
