I am an FCA and my career includes holding roles as a head of consulting and main board member for a major accounting firm.

I am a Mindshop expert.

I started my career as an accountant before moving into strategic change.

I lead our leadership develop annual programme "The Alembic Academy" and implementation projects for clients. I run team improvement workshops

My main area of focus is strategic and leadership development.

I am an ACA, an accredited Motivational Map Practitioner and accredited Mindshop Facilitator.

Before Alembic I worked in healthcare management, developing practical experience in operations, strategy and business development.

I focus on strategy, change implementation and leadership engagement.

I work with clients to identify their key challenges and help them develop strategies to overcome them.

I have degrees in Business & Management and Bioscience, and I am an accredited Motivational Map Practitioner

I have particular interests in marketing and motivation. I enjoy helping clients to boost their motivation.
